Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team and oversee shipping, receiving, storage and distribution. You will ensure efficient operations, maintain inventory integrity and enforce all safety procedures at the facility.

The role requires strong supervision and coaching skills, a focus on productivity, and the ability to manage up to multiple teams while maintaining quality service for customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Understanding of safe receiving, storing, requisitions, shipping and delivery.
• Basic knowledge of inventory procedures and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises general warehouse operations and employees.
• Schedules inbound and outbound arrivals.
• Maintains dock presence inspecting work in progress.
• Enforces policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Trains and evaluates warehouse personnel.
• Maintains safety, security and cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Unloading, loading, deluxe work and minor furniture repairs as needed.
• Performs duties to ensure objectives and goals are met.
