Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Florence, SC is seeking a Z-Dock Supervisor to lead a warehouse team in shipping, receiving, storage and distribution. You will supervise operations, schedule inbound/outbound activity and ensure safe, efficient processes across the dock and inventory areas.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training of personnel, and maintaining safety and productivity while managing over $2.5M in inventory. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4-6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of supervisory / leadership experience.
• Understanding of safe receiving, storing, requisitions, shipping and delivery processes.
• Basic knowledge of inventory procedures.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Travel up to 5%.
