Google Inc. is seeking a Share Financial Analyst for YouTube Deal Analysis to model business scenarios, track performance, and support strategic decisions across partnerships and initiatives.

The role requires strong FP&A background, the ability to distill complex data into executive-ready narratives, and excellent presentation and spreadsheet skills. You will work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or 2 years with an advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, represent, and defend financial analyses of new commercial agreements and business cases, developing data-driven Finance Points of View on how to maximize long-term value for YouTube.
• Work cross-functionally to support decision-making for new spend initiatives and business trade-offs, developing and representing a Finance Point of View to help drive the organization toward the right long-term outcomes, and ensuring that financial considerations are taken into account where appropriate across commercial partnership proposals.
• Ensure accuracy and financial controls throughout the agreement process (e.g., minimal forecast variance, structured performance reporting, and alignment with Engineering, Product Management, and Accounting to maintain data integrity).
