Job summary

ANEW Tukwila Training Center seeks a Program Coordinator to deliver comprehensive workforce development and case management for YouthBuild participants. You will coordinate instruction, barrier removal, and employment preparation, while guiding participants through education and labor market opportunities.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, outcome tracking, and collaboration with community partners to promote participant success and program compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workforce development or related fields.
• Experience with YouthBuild, WIOA or similar programs is desirable.
• Strong communication and administrative skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver workforce development, education, and case management services.
• Serve as primary contact for participants; provide career readiness instruction and barrier removal.
• Maintain participant records, track outcomes, and ensure program compliance.
• Develop service plans, conduct progress meetings, and coordinate referrals to resources.
• Engage with employers and community partners to support participant success.
