Job summary

Cambria Vineyard Church in Cambria, CA is seeking a full‑time Youth and Young Adults Pastor to lead middle and high school students and young adults. You will cast vision, teach biblically sound messages, and develop life groups that move youth toward spiritual maturity while fostering authentic relationships and community engagement.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in youth/young adult ministry, a minimum of Bible training, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Growing relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with Vineyard USA beliefs.
• Experience leading youth and young adult ministries.
• Ability to recruit, train, and empower volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall vision and leadership for Youth and Young Adult Ministries.
• Teach biblically sound, engaging messages.
• Create Life groups for spiritual growth beyond introductory faith.
• Develop opportunities for prayer, worship, Bible study, discipleship, and outreach.
• Equip students to understand and live out their faith.
• Mentor students individually and in small groups.
• Foster a culture where students feel known, valued, and cared for.
• Plan retreats, camps, and mission trips; partner with local churches.
