Responsibilities

• Manage, lead, and oversee Wednesday night band rehearsal.

• Oversee audition and onboarding process for student bands.
• Assist in executing various creative elements for services (technical, design, video, etc.).
• Potential to lead worship as needed.

Our church is a non-denominational multi-site church with four St. Louis-area campuses where we gather each weekend to study this ancient story found in Scripture that is still transforming lives today. Youth Worship Coordinator is a part-time position will assist in executing weekly YouthCrossing services at our Fenton campus for the 2024-25 ministry year, with a particular emphasis on leading the musical aspects of services. That includes leading bands with both adults and students, ensuring that services flow smoothly, and potentially leading worship on occasion as well.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
