Qualifications

• High school diploma or AA degree with one year of direct care experience or Bachelor's degree with one year of direct care experience.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance; own vehicle required.
• Regular and flexible travel between client locations; local travel with occasional out-of-area travel.
• Experience with behavioral interventions for youth with severe behaviors.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends or evenings.
• Strong computer skills and ability to complete documentation with typing.
• Experience in a Residential Facility, Group Home, or Probation settings is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide interventions that develop coping and problem-solving skills to promote safety and attachment.
• Teach transfer of these skills into home, school, and community.
• Support youth to remain at home or transition back to home.
• Focus on wellness and resilience through linkages and referrals to community resources.
• Collaborate with a child and family team to tailor interventions and track progress.
