Job summary

Hazel Park Community Coalition (HPCC) is seeking a Project Coordinator to implement youth and family programming and support community engagement. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will drive prevention, mental wellness, and advocacy initiatives and help empower families to lead healthy, chemical-free lifestyles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; post-secondary education in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience engaging youth in educational or youth-focused settings.
• Familiarity with prevention and wellness strategies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead youth engagement and leadership development activities with students and families.
• Support the HPCC Action Plan focusing on youth-led initiatives.
• Coordinate weekly student meetings and prepare agendas.
• Plan and execute at least eight student events annually.
• Create engaging social media content to promote activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
