Job summary

Impact Kids, a national youth enrichment program, is seeking enthusiastic volleyball coaches to guide students in grades 1–8 across partner schools in Illinois. You will lead practices, run drills, and organize games while ensuring safety and positive behavior.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years coaching or playing experience, are great communicators with students and parents, and can travel between sites. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; you will model our core values and support

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working with children.
• 1–5 years of volleyball coaching or playing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead age-appropriate volleyball practices and games for grades 1–8.
• Teach basic and intermediate volleyball techniques and rules.
• Foster a fun, supportive environment promoting teamwork and fitness.
• Maintain communication with parents and school staff.
• Uphold the Impact Kids Code of Conduct.
