Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in public health, education, or related field
• Ability to complete and prioritize tasks while working remotely

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement evidence-based programs to address tobacco prevention among youth and young adults.
• Assist and support schools with tobacco prevention and cessation initiatives.
• Collaborate with the tobacco team to plan youth engagement trainings for tobacco prevention.
• Participate in trainings, workshops, conferences, and meetings related to tobacco prevention and FHW division.
• Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program goals.
• Update knowledge to support health education interventions and programs for the community.
• Identify educational needs, support staff in developing training programs, and teach others.
• Assist with design and delivery of relevant training for health department employees and teachers.
