Job summary

TGA Premier Sports is seeking a Youth Tennis Manager to run junior tennis programming, including camps, clinics, leagues, enrichment classes, and private lessons. The role alternates between off-season part-time and in-season full-time hours across multiple Minnesota sites, including Minnetonka.

Compensation is $24.00–$25.00 per hour with a flexible, kid-focused schedule. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about working with children, physically active, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is required.
• Must be enthusiastic and love working with children.
• Passion for sports & physical fitness.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead junior tennis programs, camps, clinics, leagues, enrichment classes and private lessons.
• Assist with scheduling and onsite coaching for multiple locations.
• Support program development and season-long activities.
