i9 Sports in Aurora, CO is hiring a Youth Sports Tennis Coordinator to enhance the on‑court experience for players and families, building strong relationships with players, parents and coaches. You will lead practice sessions, teach fundamentals and sportsmanship, and oversee game‑day operations across all ages, ensuring safety and a positive environment.

Job Summary

The Youth Sports Tennis Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players on the court. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Instructing, Observing, assessing, and assisting our players is key! The position entails hands‑on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications

• Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
