Job summary

Youth Athletes United in Delray Beach, FL is seeking an energetic Youth Tennis Coach to inspire the next generation of players. You will plan and deliver lessons, run clinics, and create a safe, fun training environment.

The role requires experience coaching youth, strong tennis knowledge, and excellent communication with kids and parents. Weekend hours and flexible scheduling are available.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or teaching tennis, especially to youth players.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
• Patient, motivating, and enthusiastic demeanor with young athletes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging tennis lessons and group clinics for youth players of varying skill levels.
• Teach fundamental tennis techniques including stroke mechanics, footwork, and court positioning.
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging training environment for all participants.
• Monitor and track player progress, providing constructive feedback to athletes and parents.
• Organize and facilitate drills, match play, and skill-building activities.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tennis equipment and court facilities.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and program coordinators.
