Job summary

TGA Premier Sports is seeking enthusiastic instructors to teach tennis on school campuses after school in Wake and Durham counties. No prior coaching experience is required as curriculum and training are provided.

Roles involve afternoon sessions, flexibility, and a passion for helping kids stay active and engaged. Ideal candidates include students, parents, teachers, or anyone with a flexible schedule who enjoys working with children.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for working with kids and helping them grow.
• Willingness to step out of your comfort zone, be playful, and engage like a kid when needed.
• Great communication skills — respond quickly to messages from administrators and clearly communicate how classes went.
• A positive, reliable, professional attitude
• A genuine passion for sports, movement, and keeping kids active.
• No prior coaching experience required — curriculum and training provided

Responsibilities

• Teach tennis classes on school campuses after school (2:00–5:00 PM).
• Participate in training and start teaching Winter and Spring seasons.
• Transport equipment to and from class when needed.
• Complete onboarding paperwork promptly and pass background checks and drug tests
