Job summary

TGA Premier Sports in California is seeking a Junior Tennis Coach for afterschool programs and summer camps. You will teach and mentor children ages 5-14, following our curriculum and leading practices to build tennis skills and teamwork.

The role is part-time with afternoon hours (1:30 PM–5 PM), outdoors, and offers weekly pay with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities into leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Passion for youth sports and education.
• Ability to work after school hours 1:30 PM–5 PM.
• Reliable transportation to coaching locations.
• Prior tennis experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor students aged 5-14 following curriculum and lesson plans.
• Lead practices and drills; foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
• Support afterschool programs and summer camps with enthusiasm.
• Communicate with parents about progress and upcoming sessions.
