Job summary

Silver Bay YMCA seeks a dedicated supervisor to oversee Teen Center and Summer Camp activities, reporting to the Youth & Teen Coordinator. Responsibilities include supervising Teen Center and Silver Camp staff, planning engaging youth programs, and ensuring safety and attendance tracking.

The role requires strong customer service, reliable transportation, and the ability to coordinate with staff and families. Weekend and evening shifts may be required as part of a 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing youth programs.
• Able to work weekends/evenings.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Teen Center participants and staff.
• Lead and participate in activities for youth ages 13–18.
• Coordinate with Youth & Teen Coordinator on programming.
• Maintain attendance records and reports.
