HIGHLINE CARE LLC in New York's Mount Sinai area is seeking a Youth Support Mentor to guide children and teens facing anxiety, ADHD, and behavioral challenges. You will provide encouragement, practical support, and tailored strategies to boost confidence and emotional well-being.

This role centers on mentoring, building strong relationships with families and schools, and developing plans to help each child grow.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BA).
• 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
• Background in behavioral strategies, childcare, special education, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Strong mentoring, teaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of child welfare, behavioral health, and youth development practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain patient, compassionate, and dependable in challenging situations.
• Males and Females all encouraged to apply.
• Must have reliable transportation.
