Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health or Human Services.
• Experience working with young adults and conducting at-risk assessments.
• Ability to engage with others easily, coordinate with care coordinators and follow up in a timely manner.
• Community engagement and outreach experience.
• Provides academic and vocational support to youth.
• Conduct Risk Assessments and Wellness activities.

Responsabilités

• Establish a therapeutic milieu and build healthy relationships with participants.
• Coordinate services and communicate community resources to families.
• Attend Child and Family Teams and perform mentoring and living skills support.
• Assist with crisis intervention and maintain a calm, supportive environment.
• Maintain professional conduct and collaborate with internal and external partners.
