The role involves maintaining caseloads, group curriculum, individual and family counseling, and school/home visits. You will conduct intakes and ASAM assessments, develop treatment and discharge plans, coordinate services, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• SUD Counseling Certification from a CA board or be registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, or associate + 1 year relevant experience; or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ASAM assessments and treatment planning.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide SUD treatment services to youth ages 13-18.
• Complete intakes, ASAM assessments, and treatment/discharge plans.
• Conduct group curricula and individual counseling.
• Coordinate case management and referrals to community resources.
• Maintain documentation in EHR and ensure confidentiality.
