POSITION SUMMARY:

The Youth Success Coach empowers club members to unlock their potential by providing engaging mentoring, coaching, and developmental support that aligns with the mission and program priorities of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida. This dynamic role facilitates small and large group workshops focused on social-emotional wellness, academic achievement, and life skills, while building authentic relationships that foster resilience, confidence, and a culture of belonging. The position monitors youth participation and safety on-site and during off-site events, maintains accurate records tracking growth and progress, and ensures compliance with grant objectives and organizational standards. By inspiring continuous growth and connecting youth to essential resources, the Youth Success Coach drives positive outcomes for members, club families, and the community.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
