Got big energy, a positive attitude, and love working with kids? Code Ninjas Palm Harbor is building a dream team! We’re skipping the boring lectures and bringing game building, robotics, and hands-on learning to life.

We need crew members who can rock two roles: coaching young creators in our center and hanging out at local school events, festivals, and expos to run cool tech demos, high-five future coders, and chat up parents. No computer science degree or advanced tech skills needed, we will teach you everything you need to know about our curriculum!

What Your Days Look Like

• Guide Young Creators: Help kids build games and wire up robots in fun, hands-on 1-on-1 and small group sessions using our step-by-step tools.
• Bring the Hype to Local Events: Join us at school STEM nights and weekend block parties to host live tech challenges, spread the word, and get local families excited.
• Keep the Vibe High: Create an encouraging, high-fiving culture where kids feel super confident trying new things.

What You Bring

• Outgoing Personality: You're comfortable talking to parents, engaging kids, and bringing great energy to events.
• Enthusiasm to Learn: You don't need a tech background, just curiosity, an interest in gaming/STEM, and a willingness to learn basic coding concepts alongside the kids!
• Youth Experience: You’ve spent time tutoring, camp counseling, babysitting, or coaching and know how to keep kids dialed in.
• Availability: Free for after-school and/or weekend shifts.
