Job summary

MVP360 Sports & Entertainment Management is hiring Seasonal After School Youth Sports and Recreation Specialists to lead multi-sport camps, clinics, and leagues for ages 4–17, including STEM and leadership classes. Coaches will develop activity plans, coordinate logistics, and bring high-energy leadership to our programs across Montgomery County schools.

Candidates should be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling afternoon, evening, and weekend sessions.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with email, social media and related tools.
• Outgoing personality aligned with a collaborative team culture.
• Passion for sports, events, and marketing.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Extensive sport-specific knowledge or general athletics experience.
• Passport is a plus but not required.
• Must pass local, state, and federal criminal and child abuse background checks.
• Afternoon, evenings and weekends required.
• Recreation background clearance for MCPS/MCCC programs: fingerprint check, CPS background, training, badge issuance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire kids ages 4-17 in multi-sport camps, clinics, and leagues.
• Develop sport-specific teaching guides and activity plans with timelines.
• Coordinate logistics and supervise onsite staff at multiple locations.
• Drive sports marketing and branding initiatives to elevate MVP360's presence.
• Attend meetings with CEO and Operations Director and support contract needs.
