Job summary

A leading youth sports organization is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the experience for players and coaches. This role involves building relationships, delivering instructional aspects, and providing hands-on support during practices and games. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and sport-specific coaching experience. The position requires working weekends for the full 7-week season.

Qualifications

• Ability to work for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions.
• Teach & demonstrate core sportsmanship concepts.
• Supervise overall operation on game days.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service.
