Job summary

i9 Sports in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Site Manager/Supervisor to oversee game-day operations and deliver a superior experience for families. You will lead field setup, supervise part-time staff and volunteer coaches, and ensure programs run on schedule with a focus on safety and customer service.

The role requires a high-energy, organized self-starter who can manage multiple tasks, handle problem solving on the fly, and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic youth-sports environment,

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and solving problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge to ensure player safety.
• Positive attitude with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work weekends and some evenings for the full season.

Responsibilities

• Field setup and breakdown for game day events
• Manage/supervise part-time staff and volunteer coaches
• Supervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on schedule
• Demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
• Organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
• Transport equipment from storage to fields/gyms
