Job summary

i9 Sports Site Manager oversees the game-day operations at a venue with a high-energy, kid-focused environment. You must be organized, energetic, and capable of solving problems while delivering a superior customer experience for families.

Ideal candidates have experience with youth sports management and a passion for fun, safety, and great service. You will work closely with part-time staff and volunteers to ensure programs run on schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication & organizational skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems.
• Awareness & ability to take charge to ensure safety of players.
• Positive attitude and ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Field setup and breakdown for game day events.
• Manage/supervise part-time staff and volunteer coaches.
• Supervise overall operation of a venue including programs on schedule.
• Demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• Organize game day equipment and ensure venue cleanliness.
• Provide superior customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
