Soccer Shots LI West is growing fast across Long Island, South Florida, and new sports launching next year. We’re hiring a proactive, organized Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator Youth Sports to lead recruiting, onboarding, and workforce operations across multiple markets.

You will lead hiring for coaches, interns, volunteers, VAs, and full-time staff, manage postings, sourcing, and pipelines, and run onboarding, training, evaluations, and retention in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting for diverse roles across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to onboard and evaluate staff effectively.
• Strong communication and organization skills are essential.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
• Familiarity with hiring tools and AI platforms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead hiring for coaches, interns, volunteers, VAs, and full-time staff.
• Manage job postings, sourcing, interviews, and pipelines.
• Run onboarding, training, evaluations, and retention.
• Handle corrective actions and dismissals professionally.
• Manage workflows in Indeed, CareerPlug, Monday.com, Connecteam.
• Support expansion into new sports programs.
• Own communication across departments.
