Job summary

Mountain Recreation is seeking enthusiastic Youth Sports Officials for year-round, part-time work across Edwards, Eagle or Gypsum. Applicants must be 14+. You will officiate basketball, soccer, baseball/softball, volleyball and football, depending on season, and work in varied indoor/outdoor settings.

Knowledge of the sport officiated is required, with strong teamwork and communication essential. Duties include signals, running, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adapting to different weather and

Qualifications

• Competent with playing rules of the sport and safety guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication; leadership and decision-making.
• Must be 14 years of age or older and be able to complete necessary trainings.

Responsibilities

• Officiate games and events, enforcing rules and ensuring safety.
• Interpret and apply district and Eagle County rules and policies.
• Complete reports and attend required trainings and clinics.
