Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
• CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, Basic First Aid certification and Emergency Oxygen are required.
• Sports knowledge/experience preferred; maintains applicable sport certifications.

Responsibilities

• Referees each game in accordance with YMCA rules.
• Assists in the preparation of programs as assigned by Program Director(s).
• Assists with the operations of game day (set up/take down, uniform distribution, etc.) as assigned by Site Supervisor or Program Director(s).
• Attends staff meetings and trainings as scheduled.
• Represents the YMCA in a professional manner at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
