Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience working with children or teens in sports.
• Knowledge of youth development stages.
• Must attend YMCA Coaching 101 Training within 90 days.
• Must receive CDC HEADS UP Concussion certificate within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop program objectives with Supervisor.
• Create age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Supervise participants per YMCA standards.
• Modify lesson plans to meet participant needs.
• Teach sports rules and fundamentals.
