Job summary

The Sports Coordinator at i9 Sports will enhance the Youth Sports Experience by building relationships with players, parents, and coaches and ensuring high-quality instruction during practices and games.

You will empower volunteer coaches, demonstrate core sportsmanship values, and supervise game-day operations while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining safety for all participants.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills across players, parents, and coaches.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter with problem-solving ability.
• Awareness and ability to take charge to ensure safety.
• Positive attitude with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work weekends and some evenings during the season.

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
