Job summary

A youth sports organization is seeking a Youth Sports Coordinator to deliver an engaging sports experience for kids aged 3-14. You'll assist volunteer coaches, referee games, and promote sportsmanship while having fun! Ideal candidates have knowledge of various sports and experience working with children. This role requires weekend availability and offers a vibrant work environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following sports: soccer, flag football, baseball, basketball, volleyball.
• Experience working with kids.
• Skilled at delivering positive customer service.

i9 Sports is a recreational youth sports league teaching kids the fundamentals of soccer, flag football, baseball, basketball and volleyball. Our Mission is to Help Kids Succeed in Life Through Sports!

Job Summary The Youth Sports Coordinator is responsible for delivering a great sports experience for kids and parents on game days. From coaching and high-fives, to equipment set up and organizing, to refereeing and game management, you'll have a blast teaching kids the fundamentals of sport!

Responsibilities

Assist parent volunteer coaches in leading practice sessions with kids ages 3-14 focusing on fundamentals and skill development across multiple sports.

Facilitate and referee games - understand rules, keep score and time, focus on player improvement, be vocal and have a coaching mindset!

Teach & demonstrate the i9 Sports Sportsmanship values

Engage with kids and parents with a positive attitude and deliver a fantastic customer experience

This is a Good Fit If You...
