Job summary

Super Soccer Stars in the Austin area is seeking energetic, reliable coaches to lead after-school enrichment classes for children ages 3-10. This part-time role offers a consistent weekday schedule, with a fixed 2:30 PM–4:30 PM block and travel between local schools and preschools.

You’ll help kids stay active through structured curricula, earn $25–$32 per hour (approximately $250–$600 weekly for 10–15 hours), and have opportunities for additional hours, training, and growth into leadership

• 1+ year working with young children in coaching, teaching, nannying, daycare, etc.
• Comfortable leading a group independently

Looking for a consistent afternoon coaching job with a set weekly schedule?

We're hiring energetic, reliable coaches to lead after-school enrichment classes for young children. It's a great fit if you want steady weekday income, or you're looking to grow in youth coaching and early childhood development.

Schedule (Required)

Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-4:30 PM

This consistent afternoon block is the core requirement for the role. Additional hours, Saturday mornings, may be available for coaches who want them, but these five afternoons are fixed.

About The Role

You’ll lead classes for children ages 3-10 across our programs:

• Amazing Athletes (multi-sport)


• Soccer Stars


• Little Rookies (t-ball)


• Karate Zoo (beginner martial arts)

These are enrichment classes, not a competitive league — no games, no tournaments. Just structured, positive, high-energy instruction that builds skills through fun and creativity.

Earning Potential

• :10 hours/week → $250/week


• 15-20 hours/week → up to $600week

Hourly pay: $25-$32/hr
