Job summary

A community sports organization in Oro Valley is seeking a Youth Sports Coach to lead engaging and impactful sports programs for children aged 5-14. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and focuses on teaching foundational sports skills while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with children and a passion for sports like golf, tennis, and volleyball. Hourly pay ranges from $17 to $25.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or mentoring capacity.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to create a positive environment for kids.
• Ability to work part-time with flexible scheduling, including afternoons and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Teach foundational skills in various sports.
• Lead after-school programs and camps.
• Design fun and effective drills, games, and lessons.
