Youth Athletes United is seeking an energetic Youth Sports Coach to join our team in Florida. You will plan and lead engaging sessions, teach fundamental athletic skills, and foster confidence and teamwork in young participants.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, providing positive coaching, communicating progress with parents, and maintaining a fun, inclusive environment across all skill levels. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience coaching, teaching, or working with youth in a sports or fitness setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
• Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for youth development.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Background check required
