Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Promote and demonstrate a high level of customer service by listening and responding to customer feedback in a timely and courteous manner through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Recreation Supervisor and Program Administrator to identify and address administrative needs for the Youth Sports Program Area.
  • Manage a high-volume email inbox to answer and dispatch communications to the appropriate individual or team.
  • Assist with Youth Sports program registration and address registration requests from customers, as needed.
  • Organize inventory, track assets, and purchase supplies and equipment for programs across Denver.
  • Support league operations at various recreation centers and parks across Denver.
  • Maintain records of employee certifications while proactively planning recertification opportunities for internal staff members.
  • Contact coaching candidates to discuss employment opportunities, training registration, and placement.
  • Travel between, deliver supplies to, and provide administrative support at recreation centers or parks, as needed.
