Job summary

Fredericksburg Field House Inc. in Fredericksburg, VA, is seeking a part-time Youth Soccer Coordinator to assist in developing and administering youth soccer leagues and programs. You will help recruit and supervise staff, plan games and events, and ensure strong customer service for participants and families.

The role requires leadership, organization, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, organizing, delivering and administering youth soccer leagues, tournaments, and recreational programs.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and directing all games, facilities, officials and scorekeepers for youth soccer programs.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, development and supervision of soccer program staff.
• Ensure a high level of customer service for all program participants.
• Ensure program standards are met and provide data and reports for programs as needed.
• Assist in budgeting to meet revenue and program service goals.
