Job summary

A youth sports league franchise is seeking an Official to enforce rules and promote a positive environment during games for children aged 3-8. Responsibilities include officiating, teaching sportsmanship, and ensuring safety. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and be available to work on weekends. This is a seasonal role with games taking place year-round across multiple locations in East Valley.

Qualifications

• Must have sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings.
• Must pass a National Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Enforce the i9 Sports rules ensuring safety and fun for players.
• Teach core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• Manage time and score during games.
