A leading youth sports organization in Beaumont, TX is seeking an Official to manage games and ensure player safety while promoting sportsmanship. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a team-oriented atmosphere. Responsibilities include enforcing rules and maintaining control during competitions. Ideal candidates should have officiating or coaching experience and a positive attitude. Free uniforms and training provided.

Formación

• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently.
• Must pass a National Criminal Background Check.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and enforce i9 Sports rules ensuring a fun and safe environment.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
• Keep time and score during the game, managing age-appropriate instruction and competition.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.

Conocimientos

Excellent communication skills

Sport-specific officiating or coaching experience
