Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking part-time instructors to coach ages 2-8 across Morris, Hunterdon, Somerset, Mercer, Middlesex, Ocean, Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, and Salem counties in New Jersey.

Earn a competitive hourly rate between $20 and $30, with sessions typically 10–12 weeks and year-round opportunities. Flexibility to fit weekday mornings, evenings, and weekend slots is available, with paid training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Soccer experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Caring, engaging each child through positive affirmation.
• Energetic and able to create a fun atmosphere for kids.

Responsibilities

• Introduce kids ages 2-8 to soccer through fun, creative and engaging play.
• Lead sessions across multiple counties following provided curriculum.
• Ensure safe, positive, and inclusive coaching environment.

Job Description:

We are looking for part-time instructors in all counties to introduce kids ages 2-8 to the game of soccer through fun, creative and engaging play. We offer a competitive rate per hour of $20-$30 based on experience with opportunities of advancement. Our seasons run 10-12 weeks, with the option of working all year round.
