Job summary

Highline Premier FC is seeking a Head Coach to develop youth players using our curriculum, with a focus on teamwork, respect, and growth. You will lead training, mentor athletes, and coordinate with families while upholding high standards of conduct.

You will coach 2–3 practices weekly, participate in league play and regional events, and assist with May tryouts. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years coaching experience in organized youth soccer.
• Proven ability to lead, teach, and mentor young athletes.
• Experience managing a team of at least 10 players.
• Commitment to HPFC's mission, values and professional standards.
• Proficient in communication tools (email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• USSF Grassroots Licenses.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate training sessions using HPFC curriculum.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive team environment.
• Manage player and parent communication with professionalism and clarity.
• Ensure compliance with club policies, safety protocols, and conduct expectations.
• Attend and coach 2-3 practices per week; coach in league games and tournaments.
• Support annual May tryouts and evaluations for younger age groups.
• Collaborate with staff and Director of Coaching; participate in meetings and events.
• Provide regular, constructive feedback to players and families.
