The Youth Soccer Coach supports Asphalt Green's youth soccer programming by delivering high-quality, engaging soccer instruction to young participants.
In this role, you will lead soccer sessions using Asphalt Green's curriculum and lesson plans while creating a positive environment for youth development through sports. This position is a good fit for someone who is knowledgeable about soccer, enjoys working with young people, and is excited to share their skills and passion for the game.
This role supports Asphalt Green's mission to expand access to high-quality sports programming across New York City.
Through this soccer initiative, coaches will help provide first-rate soccer instruction to youth in the Bronx and Harlem. Strong coaches create safe, structured, and encouraging spaces where children can learn the game, stay active, develop social skills, and experience the benefits of sports and teamwork.

A successful Youth Soccer Coach will:
The Youth Soccer Coach works closely with Community Programs leadership, soccer program leadership, other coaches, instructors, youth participants, families, school partners, community partners, and Asphalt Green staff.
This role may support programming across the West Bronx, Harlem, and Upper East Side.
