Soccer Shots of North Alabama is interviewing for future openings in Decatur-Morgan County. Coaches travel up to 30 miles outside the territory for meetings, events, or seasonal programs.

We seek people who are excited to impact the next generation through soccer and who are passionate about safety, care, and bringing energy to sessions. Our roster emphasizes safety, caring engagement, organization, responsibility, and an energetic atmosphere that makes kids smile and participate.

Qualifications

• Safety-conscious with priority on child safety.
• Caring and engaging with each child.
• Organized and able to follow lesson plans.
• Responsible as the face of Soccer Shots.
• Energetic and able to create a fun session.

Responsibilities

• Lead soccer coaching sessions according to lesson plans.
• Maintain safety and order for age groups.
• Interact with families and represent Soccer Shots.
