Soccer Shots Central Massachusetts is seeking a passionate part-time soccer coach for children aged 2–8. You will lead engaging sessions, set up and break down fields, and model positive behavior to foster character development. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for advancement within the program.

Qualifications

• No prior sports/coaching experience required.
• Genuine passion for children and sports.
• Safety conscious.
• Ability to stand, jog, and model kids' soccer skills.

Responsibilities

• Bring “Soccer Island” alive with enthusiasm and creativity.
• Conduct sessions for ages 2–8, including setup and takedown.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement.
• Utilize Soccer Shots curriculum and teaching techniques.
• Foster a safe, inclusive environment for all participants.
• Follow on-site safety and attendance protocols.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.
