Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking energetic coaches to lead and supervise kids ages 2-12 in a fun, educational setting. You will ensure safety, provide individualized attention, and maintain a positive, non-competitive atmosphere.

Classes run weekday mornings with some weekend shifts, with paid training and opportunities for advancement. New coaches can work 5–20 hours per week and earn from $23.00 per hour, with travel between class locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, daycare worker).
• Available between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM on weekdays and some Saturdays 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
• Must be 18+ years old and have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 24 years and have been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.

THE POSITION:

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, daycare worker) and enjoys working with children. We are looking for coaches available between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM weekdays and can be available on the weekend (mostly Saturdays between 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM). New Coaches can work 5-20 hours a week and can earn from $23.00 per hour.

THE SCHEDULE:

The majority of classes are held during school hours and on weekends. The ideal candidate would have the availability on some of the days and times.

THE LOCATION:

Classes are held across schools, parks, and recreational centers. Coaches are expected to travel up to 45 mins to get to a class location.
