Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Sport Instructor in Texas to lead athletes and provide expert instruction in their designated sport, driving a positive youth sports culture on the field. You will deliver engaging coaching that emphasizes fun and safety while building skills.

You will run practices focused on fundamentals, model sportsmanship, share game-day information with players and parents, and consistently demonstrate enthusiasm and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage youth and parents.
• Experience coaching a sport and knowledge of sport fundamentals.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekday sessions during the season.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
• With the help of established platforms, communicate game day information to players and parents
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
