Soccer Shots Central Indiana in Carmel, IN is seeking an intern to support leadership, HR, events, and administration across a full Soccer Shots season. The role includes assisting with scheduling, coaching youth sessions, organizing summer camps, and coordinating volunteers and outreach events.

You will work 15-30 hours per week over 12–16 weeks, with compensation described per hour and per session, plus a small gas stipend.

• Professional demeanor and punctuality for assigned office hours, soccer sessions, and events.
• Willingness to assist in scheduling, hiring, and management tasks.
• Ability to coach youth and communicate with parents and childcare directors.

Responsabilidades

• Leadership/Management: Assist in the overall execution of the scheduled Soccer Shots season; organize and execute all summer camps; coach sessions and run demos; manage customer question portal and general customer service.
• Hiring/HR: Prepare hiring binders; prepare for new hires (uniforms, equipment, prizes, coach pictures); create Meet your Coach sheets; participate in interviews for future interns.
• Event Planning: Organize, promote, and execute seasonal events; find volunteers; create event logistics plans; plan a community outreach project.
• Administrative/Support: Distribute enrollment forms and promotional materials; distribute jerseys and prizes; data entry; inventory management; coordinate marketing and newsletters; prepare team photos and emails; participate in staff meetings and social events.
• Professional Development: Attend leadership meetings; read leadership/business books; learn leadership tools; present to leadership; prepare final internship report.
• Goals & Evaluation Method: Performance evaluation at internship conclusion covering core values, skills, attitude, effort, initiative, productivity, communication, professionalism, and coaching abilities.
