Job summary

United Soccer Coaches is seeking an experienced Head Travel Coach to lead 2–3 competitive youth soccer teams across travel, recreational, and youth programs. You will create developmentally appropriate practice sessions and ensure adherence to the SNK coaching curriculum.

As a strong communicator and team collaborator with leadership skills, you will guide players, coordinate with other coaches, and conduct annual player evaluations to foster growth and development.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree required.
• US National D Soccer Coaching License or equivalent required.
• Must reside in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris or Passaic County, New Jersey.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Experience coaching youth soccer and strong communication/leadership skills.

Responsibilities
