Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking an energetic Soccer Coach to lead children's classes. The role emphasizes safety, fun, and learning in a non-competitive setting, with opportunities to train and grow through our coaching manual.

New coaches can work 5-25 classes per week and earn $18–$35 per hour, with bonuses and seasonal incentives. Must have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license; some college preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader).
• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Available most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physically active, punctual and organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety.
• Use a non-competitive approach to keep classes enjoyable and stress-free.
• Provide positive reinforcement to encourage progress and celebrate success.
• Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
