Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking energetic youth coaches to lead 30-45 minute sessions for children aged 2-8. You will deliver our curriculum, emphasize character development, and create a positive environment for families. This on-site role rewards flexibility and professional growth within a supportive team.

Ideal candidates are reliable, have weekend availability, and can pass a background check. Training is provided, uniforms and equipment are supplied, and opportunities for advancement exist within

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2-8).
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License or State ID.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field.
• Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development.
• Arrive on-time (early) to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families.
• Manage your class rosters and fill out session feedback forms.
