Socket.dev is seeking upbeat, dependable coaches to lead morning, late-afternoon, and weekend sessions in Savannah, GA. The role offers a Hybrid Pay Model with a base retainer and per-session earnings along with growth incentives that increase as you open more schedule blocks.

Ideal candidates bring high energy, patience, reliability, and reliable transportation to local field locations. A standard background check and CPR/First Aid certification are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with young children in sports, teaching, daycare, or camp settings is a huge plus.
• Must be punctual, enthusiastic, and dependable.
• Must have reliable transportation to local field locations.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check and hold/obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead 45-minute sessions in the morning, afternoon, and weekend windows.
• Maintain open coaching windows and fill scheduled blocks.
• Participate in paid training and growth opportunities.
